Ward 29 Councillor Highlights Dr. Rampedi’s 20-Year Commitment to Community Health
Ward 29 Councillor Moses Thabo Mathibedi has praised Dr Jacky Rampedi ‘s impact on the community, highlighting his achievements as an example of black excellence.
According to Mathibedi, Botshilu Private Hospital’s decade of excellence demonstrates Dr. Rampedi’s commitment beyond business interests, showing genuine care for the community and willingness to go the extra mile in service.
“Dr. Rampedi is an incredible man. Before this hospital, there was a clinic here serving our people, including those unable to pay medical bills. He has been giving back to the community for over 20 years, and we pray that the good Lord blesses him with many years as he is vital to the community,” said Mathibedi.
As Soshanguve’s first private healthcare facility, the hospital has maintained excellent healthcare services since opening in October 2014. The facility has grown significantly and now features over 100 beds, a world-class theatre complex, a state-of-the-art dialysis unit, and a modern fully equipped maternity unit.
Dr. Rampedi, founder of Phelang Bonolo Healthcare Group, called the anniversary a remarkable milestone. “We are proud to have overcome various challenges and tribulations over these 10 years of operation, as reaching such a milestone is quite exceptional,” he said.
Looking ahead, Dr. Rampedi outlined the hospital’s vision: “As we look toward the future, our focus remains steadfast: to advance healthcare services, to innovate, and to build on the strong foundation we have laid.”
He concluded by expressing gratitude to all stakeholders: “I extend my heartfelt thanks to our staff, doctors, allied health professionals, support services, patients, partners, stakeholders, and the community for being integral to this journey. Your trust and support have been the pillars of our success.”
