Community members rally behind Malema for next week’s national elections.
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) president, Sello Julius Malema, visited Soshanguve ahead of next week’s national elections to rally support for the party. Ward 34 community members and students turned out in large numbers to support the man they believe is the next President of South Africa.
Malema emphasised his commitment to improving working conditions. He called on workers to unite against exploitation by the capitalist system and pledged to ensure better working conditions for all.
“Workers get a living wage, the right to strike is protected and those who want to choose any other kind of career are not suppressed because of the color of their skin,”
The event attracted many and gave the Economic Freedom fighters a huge boost going to the 2024 National elections.
The party leader emphasised that many changes are coming and stressed the need for support from those who believe the EFF is the right political party to make it happen.
We want the youth to get employed and all of those who are carrying qualifications to get jobs, Soshanguve is a crime scene, where people are getting killed and in hurtful ways alike flies and our police system is doing nothing about it since they are working with these criminals who are murdering our family partners.” Said Malema.
“People are dying in our clinics under the ANC government and patients only get Panado when they visit their local clinics and those clinics closes their gates at 16:00 daily as if people only get sick during the day, and under EFF government after the elections, these clinics shall operate 24 hours a day,” added Malema.
EFF supporters and the community of Soshanguve left the event with smiles on their faces, eagerly anticipating the 29th of May, 2024, when they will cast their votes for the EFF.
“We will vote for the Economic Freedom Fighters because we want change, jobs, and the return of our land,” said community members.
